Tour description

For years, the German capital has exerted an unbroken attraction for visitors and newcomers from all over the world. What is so fascinating about this comparatively young and largest German metropolis, which reflects German history with all its contradictions, historical breaks and new beginnings like no other? On our Berlin city tour, we would like to give you an overview of the most important highlights and facts of this multifaceted city. Anyone who has been here is fascinated by the lively and open flair of Berlin - and would like to come back.

On this Berlin city tour we will show you the following sights:

Television Tower - the tallest building in Germany
Berlin City Hall and the Nicolai Quarter - the nucleus of medieval Berlin
Berlin Cathedral and Museum Island - UNESCO World Heritage Site
Schlossplatz and the Prussian boulevard Unter den Linden
Friedrichstrasse and the Gendarmenmarkt with its two magnificent cathedral buildings
Remains of the Wall and Checkpoint Charlie - symbol of the Cold War
Brandenburg Gate - symbol of division and reunification
Government district with the Reichstag and the Federal Chancellery
Embassy district and state representations
Potsdamer Platz with Daimler City and Sony Center
Victory Column and Bellevue Palace – seat of the Federal President
Europa-Center and Kaufhaus des Westens (KaDeWe) – the largest department store in Europe after Harrods in London

If the lunch box is to be served during the journey, an exit with a small tour, e.g. through the Brandenburg Gate, is planned. Otherwise we stop for a lunch stop e.g. in the Berlin Tiergarten - Berlin's biggest park.
