Right of Withdrawal ​ ​

 

No right of withdrawal for scheduled leisure services. ​ Pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), and unless the parties have agreed otherwise, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts regarding the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract stipulates a specific date or period for their provision. As the private city tours we offer constitute leisure services scheduled for a specific date, you, as a consumer, do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. ​ Consequently, every booking of a city tour becomes binding immediately upon our confirmation and creates an obligation to pay the agreed price.
